How the Stock Happens

Once we have collected the vegetables from our local suppliers, the ingredients for each of the stocks are hand prepared in our New Forest kitchen. It is the combination of vegetables, herbs and blend of spices that makes each product in the Simply Stock range versatile enough to add an extra dimension to any meal. All products are cooked using the exact science of food, pairing natural flavours and adding ingredients in the right order to maximise the nutritional value, taste and goodness and of all our ingredients. 

After simmering gently for two hours on the stove, the stock is then cooled quickly to ensure that the maximum shelf life can be obtained.

Our ethos is simply fresh produce that’s why you will find no added extras, the only salt and sugars in our products is derived from natural sources.

The current shelf life is set at 5 days as our products have been designed to be used as soon as possible but are also ideal for freezing and using at your convenience.
